These shirts are 100% preshrunk t-shirts. But I will tell you the truth if you wash and dry them in hot water they will shrink and if you dry them in high heat they will shrink. My husband is a big man and when i wash his shirts I have to hang them to let them dry that way they don't shrink. So in other words if you wear a medium you need to buy a large. The color white is the only color you can get in the 4x And 5x. sorry and Thanks
